The following is a continuation of Human Resource Scenario 1, as posted 2018-12-07-001

J, while at Location 1 prepares a Monthly Report which feeds into an Annual Report.

Also there are Reports which are prepared weekly and other updates which are provided either bi monthly or as time permits during the allotted work period per month.

Question

a) Should R not be able or willing to perform those reports should she receive the same remuneration as J does?

b) Should J be compensated differently on her return from maternity leave for the work which was not completed or which is expected to be completed while she was on leave?
