Further to Scenario 1, where Jennifer is the recipient of a Cash Pot ticket where the prize is TT$29,2792; later in the year, Jennifer decides to use the Emergency Funds (equally) in Mths 9-11.

Should she have taken more funds from Mths 1-3 to provide for :

Mth 7 ( when she may have $792) or

Mth 12 (when she has no funds allocated at this time) or

Mths 9-11?( when she expects to have about $1,000 per month)
