Litanies

I was searching for a Litany to write about having forgotten the name of the specific Litany and +Google  litanies, never expecting an explanation or site which would be specific. One of the first sites which was available was  " A Treasure of 229 Litanies"  which lists the Litanies in alaphabetic order. http://www.catholicdoors.com/prayers/litanies.htm  One of my favorites is the Divine Praises which covers the following, as it is a go to in times of need. No matter how you are feeling, the act of reciting the words of praise, lifts your spirits time after time:

Blessed be God.
Blessed be His Holy Name.
Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man.
Blessed be the Name of Jesus. Blessed be His Most Sacred Heart.
Blessed be His Most Precious Blood.
Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar.
Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete.
Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most holy.
Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception.
Blessed be her glorious Assumption.
Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother.
Blessed be St. Joseph, her most chaste spouse.
Blessed be God in His angels and in His Saints.
May the heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved withgrateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
